I’ve spent my career designing and managing operations that center equity, empowerment and well-being. As an artist and seasoned operations professional working with small design firms, I understand the intersection of efficiency, innovation and community relationships is where long term stability is found.
Growing from an entry level administrative role to the C-suite, my career with award winning design firms SO-IL and Dryden taught me the unique challenges of a growing creative studio - how to develop the right team, work with resource constraints, and translate values into policy.
My approach is detail-oriented, transparent, and collaborative—grounded in the belief that operational systems can be tools of care and accountability.
Beyond logistics and systems, I care deeply about working with studios that want to align their internal practices with precedent setting values. I’m committed to building workplace cultures that are accessible, inclusive, and rooted in trust.
