As an artist and seasoned operations professional working with small design firms, I understand the intersection of efficiency, innovation and community relationships is where long term stability is found.

Growing from an entry level administrative role to the C-suite, my career with award winning design firms SO-IL and Dryden taught me the unique challenges of a growing creative studio - how to develop the right team, work with resource constraints, and translate values into policy.
